After nearly 10 years experience delivering outdoor learning at an outstanding SEND school, we saw the need for an affordable, fully flexible resources framework which emphasises fun and engagement for all young people in the outdoors.
Carefully developed over 5 years, the Wild Warrior Award framework was perfected and it is exclusively the only planning, recording and assessment tool focused on three core areas; Skills, Knowledge and Holistic. It's a unique tool, designed to make it easier for young people and teachers to get outdoors, connect with the environment and develop key life skills for the future. Our learners absolutely love it and can't wait to talk about which badges they can engage with next!
Each award toolkit comes complete with an Excel assessment template, learning journal, practitioner guide and certificate. The toolkit makes demonstrating learner progress easy and beautifully designed, eco-friendly badges can be ordered to celebrate learners’ achievements in style!
There are over 50 toolkits to choose from, each badge award has 10 levels of achievement. We believe this is the best way to make your planning, recording and assessment simple, so that you can focus on the most important thing, getting outdoors and having fun! That's why we use it every single week! Deliver outstanding outdoor learning in just 4 easy steps
1) Browse the Awards Toolkit library in the shop.
2) Select, buy, and download as many toolkits as you like. (We love the toolkit bundles as a great place to start)
3) Use the templates in each Wild Warrior Award Toolkit to plan, deliver, record, and assess your sessions.
4) Order your eco-friendly badge award bundles from the shop. (You can order these when you buy your toolkits. If you are on a budget, order them later when you complete the easy assessment template and purchase single-level sheets when you know exactly what you need!)
